Graduated and Growing: My 10KSB Journey

This spring, I had the incredible opportunity to graduate from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program—an experience that deeply impacted me both personally and professionally.

I joined the program with the goal of scaling Spatial Harmony Interiors, but what I walked away with was so much more than a growth strategy. I found a powerful community of small business owners, a group of brilliant minds who became my support system, sounding board, and now lifelong friends.

Special shoutout to Cohort 23, Section 2—aka “2-3-2”! You were the heartbeat of this journey. From our weekly cohort sessions to our tight-knit growth group meetings, we showed up for each other with accountability, honesty, and humor. Our shared challenges, wins, and late-night check-ins created a sense of connection I never expected from a business accelerator.

To Phil Zuckerman, our fearless lead faculty, and the incredible team of Business Advisors—thank you for guiding us with clarity, compassion, and so much wisdom. The 10KSB curriculum is, in my mind, the gold standard for what a business accelerator should be. It pushed me to look inward as a leader, sharpen my numbers, rethink my customer journey, and define a clearer path for expansion.

As I stood in New York City to complete the final module and officially graduate, I felt a deep sense of pride—not just in how far I’ve come, but in the company I now keep.

Here’s to growth, to the work behind the work, and to the spaces we build—not just as designers, but as entrepreneurs building legacies.

Thank you, 10KSB. This is just the beginning.
